Happy Halloween from Jason!

This weekend Jason was happy to have his Mom return from a business trip.

On Friday night, he went to bed early but woke up once Mom arrived to welcome her home. Saturday was rainy but we went out to do some errands in the morning before the storm arrived. Sunday was a beautiful day. In the morning we took a walk down to Starbucks. During the afternoon we visited some open houses and Jason made friends with the the realtors.

Recently Jason has started using a new toy. Instead of jumping up and down in the Exersaucer, he’s been walking around in the Around We Go Activity Station. You can see him enjoying it in one of the pictures below!

Jason and family had a fun filled weekend!

On Saturday, we went to Connecticut to visit Jason’s Grandparents. His Aunt, Uncle, and two cousins were also there. And later Great Grandma and Great Aunts and Uncles stopped for a visit. Unfortunately our camera ran out of batteries so we don’t have any photos from the day.

On Sunday afternoon we visited Untermyer Park in Yonkers with Jason’s other Grandparents. We had a mini picnic and walked the grounds and gardens. The park was incredible. We definitely plan for a return visit.

Jason is growing up fast! A few weeks ago, his top two teeth started coming in, bringing the tooth total to at least four. He has also gotten the new habit of standing up everywhere.

We spent last weekend starting to baby proof the apartment. We also celebrated Mom’s birthday last week. She received a new video camera, so hopefully we will see some new videos of Jason soon!

Last weekend Jason, parents, and grandparents went on a short vacation in Massachusetts.

Jason slept nearly the entire car ride there and was very well behaved the entire trip. We all spent plenty of time outside and shopping. We watched “The Terminal.” We had two nice dinners at Friendly’s and Arizona Pizza.

Today Jason is six months old.

Happy 6 months Jason!

This weekend the family stayed mostly at home with a few trips out.

On Friday night, we went to the White Plains Burlington Coat Factory to buy Jason a new stroller. The new stroller lets him sit up, is lighter, and folds up smaller. At night we watched the South Park movie. It wasn’t that great.

Saturday, we had a quick trip to Target. The store was surprisingly crowded, in fact, there were no shopping carriages available. Was the shopping spree in anticipation of the hurricane or did the recession end on Friday? At night we watched the new Die Hard movie. It was incredible!

Sunday, we had a visit from Grandparents Mila and Bill. We had a nice walk and dinner together. Jason had a wonderful time!

In other news Jason now has two bottom teeth showing and we think he has been saying “Mom”!
