The not yet born, unnamed boy was due on March 21, 2008. Mike thought that would be awesome since it would make his birthday 3-21 (Three- Two- One) which is very easy to remember. The little, kicking boy had other plans.
On March 19, 2008 Mom and Dad were having another enjoyable but slightly apprehensive day together. They had gone to the mall for lunch and a brief walk. Soon after they arrived home, things started to happen.
There was a nervous, excited call to Hristina’s doctor. And a hurried drive to the hospital…And a few hours later a baby boy!
Jason was born on March 19, 2008 at 8:21 PM. He weighed 8 pounds, 5 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.
Everything happened so quickly that Mom and Dad didn’t have their camera. This first snapshot of Jason was taken on Mike’s cell phone.
